Coordenador de Eventos

Job Description:

Co-responsible for planning, developing, preparing and organizing of all Events and Training Courses for Sales Force. Cooperating with vendors and contractors (searching suitable premises for trainings and events, negotiations and documents processing). Support in company major events/activities preparation and execution of work.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

  • Requires college education with degree in communication or equivalent.
  • Must be fluent in English;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Services and logistics experience in order to provide and coordinate meeting support for Events, including the installation of technical meeting support equipment (i.e., lighting, sound, logistical support, audio visual, etc.).
  • Experience coordinating the work of other business areas, highly preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship;
